We had a lovely stay it was a beautiful hotel I will be back

First class hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The food was delicious and full use of the spa was a lovely added bonus.

Perfectly positioned hotel to enjoy Kenmare whilst spending time on the Ring of Kerry.

From our initial greeting from the concierge to settling our account every member of staff made us feel valued and judged the level of attention just right. This is a lovely hotel in a great location with the nicest staff. The only downside is that the floors have a couple rooms that are separated from the elevator by a few steps that make it difficult when you have a lot of luggage. That aside, the rooms are very well appointed, the beds comfortable and everything is very clean.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at the hotel and we, once again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is superbly well equipped, with breathtakingly stunning views. One night stay but wish I could have stayed longer although I had been looking for a hotel closer to Killarney centre the Fossa walk from the Hotel to Killarney (about 8 KM return) is suitable for all as it is flat all the way so good for walking or cycle and any age although day light hours more suitable, Taxi not expensive. Great hotel

From the moment we entered the hotel and met the concierge, Teddy, until we left three days later we were made to feel special. We were helped each with suggestions of where to visit and what to see. On the first evening after a tiring trip out to Killarney, we found the atmosphere in the adjoining Irish Pub, Jarveys, wonderful and welcoming. We spent one night in this beautiful hotel last week. It is located right in the centre of the town and very close to the start of amazing Ring of Kerry. We arrived at 2.30pm but room was not ready - check in is after 3pm. After a little discussion with the receptionist we were given another room where the guest had not yet arrived. Excellent stay at Sheen falls staff were all wonderful amazing stay.

We found all the staff in the hotel extremely friendly and helpful. On our arrival a member of staff brought a very welcome cup of tea and slice of cake to our bedroom.

My family and I had a brilliant time! Michael, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We actually had a bit of an emergency take place and he stepped in and handled our needs to ensure we were taken care of. I couldn't have dreamed a better service. We'll be back!
