"Really great deal for the price. Excellent staff. Interesting guests. Very talkative roosters nearby. Great places to shop and eat nearby. Highly recommend. "
"Well-priced rooms with all the amenities that a weary traveler could ask for. Breakfast was varied and delicious, the grounds are lovely and it is a very safe environment. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond when we had a later arrval than anticipated! Would definitely stay there again!"
"The host Joseph is very friendly and helpful. The property is very safe, presentable and quiet.
Room is large with good storage, comfy bed & functional ensuite. Breakfast is excellent and service genuine and obliging.
To get there you drive down a dirt bumpy road, with many local shops. We didn't go into the neighbourhood as transport came to us. I recommend that you have a guide when venturing off in the area or city."

"I travel a lot but rarely review my stays. This one deserves a review as it is one of the finest 5 star hotels I have ever stayed in. The beautiful facility was only topped by the incredible service of the staff. Just as good as it gets!"
"it was fine for two nights but i coudjnt do any more than that. its in a more sketchy part of town and its SO loud. the breakfast was not the best, i didnt eat, and the wifi sucks. the one good thing was the shower water stays hot haha super run down in everything else "
"My stay at Sanna Boutique Hotel in Arusha was a perfect blend of comfort and modern design. The room was impressively large, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully laid out. I loved the mix of tiled floors in the entry and bathroom with cozy carpet in the sleeping area. The bathroom was a highlight - a true four-piece setup with a whirlpool tub, spacious walk-in shower, plush bathrobes and slippers, and a hairdryer.
The only thing missing? A bit more counter space.
Storage was abundant, with plenty of closet space, a double luggage rack, and even a full kitchen counter. The lighting system is automated, and there's an in-room safe for peace of mind.
The rooftop restaurant was a great place to start and end the day - breakfast is included, and dinner was both delicious and beautifully presented, all served with sweeping views of the city and mountains. Service throughout the hotel was excellent.
I also had a phenomenal massage with Neema - highly recommended, especially after a safari or Kilimanjaro climb.
One note: credit card payments come with a 4% surcharge. They require a $5O US deposit. I gave them cash, for which I got a receipt, so I wouldn't be charged another surcharge plus l'd be guaranteed to get my money back next day. And while the $70 airport transfer was on time, the driver's lack of caution stood out in an otherwise great stay.

"Close to the Maasai Market so we could shop and send our merch home. We were within walking distance of the market and old clock tower. Staff was amazing and the food for bury breakfast and dinner was outstanding! "
"This is a great hotel right in the middle of Arusha. Good breakfast, spacious rooms and a big beautiful garden to wander through. Take advantage of happy hour in the Hatari Bar.
A few notes: Arusha is a busy, noisy city and you're right in the middle of it. Don't expect rooms near the road to be quiet. Doesn't bother us as we live in a busy city, but might bother you if you're not used to it. The front desk will arrange a driver for you to take you wherever you need to go, but there are a few decent coffeeshops/restaurants you can walk to, as well."
You can spend an afternoon exploring the galleries in Cultural Heritage Centre during your travels in Arusha. You can seek out the safari tours while in the area.
