The receptionist did not even have reservation when I checked in after I booked through Hotel.com a day before. I had to wait for half an hour for her to contact the manager, who is not onsite."

"Decent rooms. Properties right next door were under full construction which was irritating. Lunch took 2.5 hours with 1 other table in the restaurant. Would have taken much longer if we had not kept pushing. We had not set in 36 hours and just wanted an easy meal. That is why we stayed at the hotel. We ended up not being able to nap that afternoon due to the horribly slow service. Then upon checkout the front desk insisted to my lady friend that the room needed to be paid after it was prepaid....
