La atención es maravillosa, nos gestionaron desde España vuelo en hidroavión,ya que solo es un servicio para resorts y ellos nos lo consiguieron. "It was our 3rd year anniversary and we had the best time ever…first of all on arrival..we got the WARMEST welcome from Mary our hostess…she’s very kind, friendly and pays attention to details… she made us very comfortable
However, on the massage sector, my wife had the WORST experience with Margaret…she didn’t pay attention to the areas requested and after complaining my wife left there in pain and sore…she wasn’t as friendly so I wouldn’t recommend her… the waiters on the other hand are...

"It is a beautiful and quiet island (depending on the volume of the other guests). There’s plenty of fish around the island to make snorkeling very interesting.
The staff were very accommodating by letting is check in early and check out late. It was much appreciated.
Communication with the staff was sometimes difficult. Before checking in, I emailed the staff to ask a couple of questions, but the reply was not very helpful. The same on check out. Also, the representative was not at the airport...

Breakfast was always a highlight, thanks to Azzam's warm welcome and guidance through the buffet. Meeting Ankita and Sajith added to our joy, with Sajith's incredible coffee art and cocktails. Ahoo even helped us capture perfect moments on the swings. The massages by Ana and Neva were the best we've ever had....
