"Good size 2 bedroom apartment in a fairly modern complex with a small communal pool. 10-12 minute walk to shopping mall. Apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Small balcony, washing machine and good wifi. Some issues: toilet seat not attached, electric shock from sink in bathroom as not earthed, air con in main bedroom not working, washing machine needed to be pulled out from underneath kitchen unit to be plugged in, power points in kitchen right above electric hob so...

"We booked the house with my kids and family from airport to the house and we got surprise. The house was rented to someone else and the agent we can talk with her and she said there’s nothing she can do. She left us just like that very bad experience and it cost me thousand dollars to manage another property had a last-minute. "

"The riad is fresh and clean with comfortable, well-appointed rooms. We stayed twice, once in the older section that has not been renovated and secondly in the newer section in a recently-renovated room. Both were excellent. The older room was beautiful and had everything we needed including air conditioning, a shower, comfortable bed, etc. The renovated room had all the same features but the windows were newer so they offered slightly better sound dampening. Both sections open into central light wells and the older section include delightful sitting areas, with soft chairs, tables and plates of delicious oranges. Breakfast was fresh and delicious (moroccan-style) on the roof terrace each morning, and is not to be missed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. One more thing, and this is essential information. Riad Hotel Marraplace is within the medina, only a few steps from Jemaa el-Fnaa, Marrakech's central square. This makes it easy to get a short cooling break in the day or before dinner while being far enough away to be calmingly quiet. Highly recommended. "

"A beautiful 4 day break. Very clean, beautiful surroundings, close to souks for shopping....and within walking distance! All staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good and the restaurant was kept clean and well maintained. Plenty of choice for a fussy eater, and equally someone who notices the little things. If you'd like a bed around the pool, get up early! I guess this is still a thing! However, there were plenty of sunbeds and we much preferred pitching up later in the day and enjoying the beds in one of the pretty and secluded gardens. Much nicer, and a better view.... You can slightly hear the road from around the pool.... but it's not noisy or offensive. Please don't let that put you off, as this does allow you the ability to take a walk and enjoy the sights, sounds and chaos the souks emanate. We enjoyed a very restful peaceful break."
