"Clean rooom, ppol not so clean"

"Location is good, quiet around of hotels on the beach. 35mins from airport. A golf course between the hotel and belek town centre. Taxis out side hotel means you can get to belek for about 7€. Hotel grounds are a bit hilly, so fair bit of incline changes. Accessiblity ramps are everywhere. Staff, overall good, some need to be taught how to smile though. Not many of the staff speak any English but not really a problem. Cleanliness, overall pretty good, minor things with bins at main pool being dirty, rooms were clean and tidy. Food, very good actually, decent selection of hot and cold food, like any all inclusive bit repetitive. Restaurants, this was the hotels major let down and why I would give it 5 stars, the main restaurant is simply too small, so finding a table is pot luck and involved walking around for 10-15 mins to wait for one to become available. It's a free for all, although main restaurant opens at 7, they were allowing people in at 6.30, so either get there early or about 8pm. There's two other restaurants that serve an al a carte menu, worth going to, but they don't open on Sunday. So main restaurant is packed on a Sunday. Lunch was much better, more open places and worked much better. Maintenance, gardens and grounds are well looked after, but other areas are neglected, broken tiles Overall the place is trying really hard to be a 5 star but falls short on simple things, but it's one of the better hotels I've been to in the area for trying to be 5 stars."

"Amazing resort very kid friendly the good is amazing and the room is spacious we stayed in a corner room with sea view. The property has very nice vibe all the staff are friendly and helpful. The WhatsApp ground really helps with your allocated Ela Assistant We tried two of the free restaurant and they were really delicious … the food presentation and quality is definitely higher end and has variety The kid amenities are amazing!! "We had an amazing stay! The food was excellent, with a huge variety, especially at breakfast and dinner. The kids (10 and 6 years) absolutely loved the place. There were activities and entertainment all day long, and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The reception staff and everyone we met were always smiling and welcoming. We booked a car to the Land of Legends from the reception and the prices were similar to other outside companies, however the guy helping us was extremely kind and helpful! The only minor comment we had was that sometimes the room cleaning was delayed until around 3 p.m., probably due to shortage. But the rooms were cleaned very well. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back! Highly recommended!"

"I had vacations on 31.05-05.06 and my overall impression is that the vacation and stay was excellent. Access from Antalya: you order a transfer not to worry about and the car brings you direct to the Hotel. The easy access to the sea, a nice peer, a nice restaurant with options sitting outside near the pool and inside, a sauna with a relax lounge (included) and massage options (for an additional fee), a fitness studio (included), a closed pool, a large open pool, covering 2/3 of the hotel territory: you can not even cover all the available entertainments! Restaurant: more than enough choice of the food with kebab, grilled fish, chicken and beef, all possible Turkish and European food selection, including the large choice of desserts. And breakfast is from 06:00 till 11:30 (means there is an option for the late risers). You can sit near the pool outside which is spectacular or inside in a lunch time to hide from the sun. Dinner is till 21:00. The waiters are spectacularly fast removing buffet sharply on time - what makes everything to work efficient. Open pool: excellent, clean and large! Sea: take your coral shoes or enter from the peer who doesn't want a contact with small stones. Fitness programm with Aquaaerobics in a day time and each evening show programs at the Bar. Dancing also! Many thanks to Ilkar, who helped me when an external taxi driver wanted to charge me extra. Thanks to all the Kyrgyz girls working at Restaurant! "

"Not enough words to describe. When I arrived for 2 days the AC did not work in my room but did in all others but hotel full. By the next morning (15 hours later) they had no idea how to fix it. And there was no hot water for showers. None. They blamed both on the city but clearly it was on them. Lots of little issues too. When the AC wasn't fixed and no hot water after 2 hours, I packed and left."
