"I chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised as pet-friendly, as I was traveling with my well-trained dog. While the location was convenient and the room itself was comfortable, the experience was soured by the lack of transparency regarding the pet policy. When I booked, the additional pet fee was not clearly disclosed. I was extremely annoyed to be informed that there was a flat pet cleaning fee for bringing a well-behaved animal into the room. If a hotel charges a premium for pets, there should be clear communication about that cost upfront, or they should at least provide amenities to justify the extra cleaning fee they claim to be charging."

"Breakfast was great,Ceiling in my room was cracked and peaked back. Tv had to be reset. Staff was great. We found wrappers under our nights stands. Didn’t look cleaned before we arrived. "

"Motel directly attached to a very busy pancake restaurant on the weekend. No dinner service there but other restaurants nearby. Also when reserving, had asked for a room near elevator for handicapped husband but room was as far away as it could be from elevator. "

"The floors were dirty in the bathroom. Bed sheets had what appeared to be stains! Not sure the bedding/ linen was clean. Smelled like mold and so did I and my clothing! People smoking at entrance from the back resturant made me nauseated.and it followed you into the building. Very run down and old!"
