Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. "Beautiful apartment plenty of parking in the street and below neighbour was really friendly, location was spot on for doing things 5 mins walk to Toby carvery and the beech. Definitely stay again "
