Explore ancient Roman ruins at Fourvière Hill before savouring culinary delights in the gastronomic capital of France. Wander through the traboules of Vieux Lyon, then relax in the expansive Tête d'Or Park with its free zoo.
I had a great stay, made even better by excellent customer service when I had a problem. Without this it could have been a really bad stay.
Really comfortable room and well appointed.
My overall impression though was of a team that look after and care about their guests.

Lovely small hotel in great location. Loved the free extras of water bottles for the room.
Spacious rooms and really appreciated the separate bathroom and toilet in ours.

Brilliant and unusual hotel in Old Lyon - wonderful service - quirky and unusual rooms - and the best Concierge in the world! We had a superb meal in Les Loges and another lovely meal at L'Epicerie but from the moment we arrived we had wonderful advice and assistance from Gerard - the amazing Concierge - he made the holiday for us and his suggestions for sightseeing, etc. were invaluable.

We enjoyed our stay.
The deluxe room with river view was large & comfortable.
The staff were friendly & helpful.
The buffet breakfast was a decent standard.
We asked for a kettle in the room, but you need to provide your own teabags.
Location is good, plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Recommended.

Surprisngly spacious room and bathroom for a city hotel. Extremely clean too. Long walk (30 mins) from Part-Dieu station but worth it. Just down from the Place des Celestins with flowering magnolias and baroque Theatre.
Lyon is rather overlooked as a tourist destination but has lots to offer - roman amphitheatres and ruins alone are worth a visit!

Amazing hotel, architecturally stunning and beautiful. The rooms are minimilist and functional but very clean. Bed was great. Only minor issue: toilet was separate from the bathroom and I had a real squeeze to get into the shower due to the way the door opened.
The hotel is in the old town high up. Whilst it is only 5 minutes or so from the funicular railway, it's still a schlep to get into the city centre. Personally, the quality of the hotel and the views made the journey worthwhile.

The hotel is in a good location not to far from the main train station and close to the Metro. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The staff were welcoming & helpful and there was free water/ coffees/ sweets in the foyer.

Very welcoming owners. A small but comfortable room. Very French! And very reasonable price. Location is ideal, away from the busy tourist areas, yet accessible to everything.
Don't go if you want all the big corporate hotel facilities. This is a small family run hotel and much the better for that.
We really shouldn't be telling everybody about this gem! We will be going back.

Had an amazing 5 night stay at the hotel. The interior is beautiful and clean. Our stay coincided with my girlfriend's 30th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make the day special for her. The spa facilities are also great and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel is in an ideal location and great for shopping and proximity to restaurants. I can't recommend the hotel enough 10/10.

Very good hotel that is recommend. Great central location, very clean with contemporary styling. Rooms cleaned to a high standard everyday.
Staff were wonderful during our stay, very polite and they always had a smile. Being English you worry the French may not take to you but the staff here were exceptional
