Definately NOT a 5 star hotel. Rooms in massive need of updating, and the spa also. The Spa when we went was very messy, paper cups and peoples slippers/robes on floor scattered about. Ukrainian concierge was brilliant once more. Valet parking worked well. Room as cramped. The handle fell off the wardrobe door. Food and service in brasserie for dinner and breakfast was OK but the background music was appalling.

We stayed in one of the lakeside rooms which had a beautiful view. Room was slightly cold because of this but reception did provide us with an extra heater. It was my husbands birthday so they provided a gift and prosecco which was lovely. Food was great, lovely staff and clean hotel. Book ahead ...
