"It's a good hotel. Mid-range. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is nice with a bath tub. Good water pressure, which is always welcome. The location is good. About a 10-minute walk to the train station and 5-minute walk to the main bus station. About 15 -20 minute walk to old town. There are two supermarkets within 1 minute and many restaurants nearby. The onsite restaurant is actually very good. Be mindful that it is near the redlight district and there are times when there is a lot of street noise from people outside of the hotel, even well into the night. Overall, I would stay there again."

"View of the lake is amazing. Location of the hotel is a bit out of town so not a lot you can walk to easily. Right next to the jazz but currently under construction."

"The hotel is quite nice and in an excellent location. We booked a suite with a terrace and supposed lake view. While the room was plenty large and well appointed. The terrace was a 2x2 terrace on the side with a barely visible view of the lake through several trees. We also experienced no hot water for a full day out of a 4 day stay. While we understand that equipment breakdowns happen; management felt an AI written apology was sufficient. My experience in similar circumstances has been that customers deserve a bit more in terms of credits or discounts to maintain satisfaction in these type of situations. "

"It would be nice to have a bigger fridge. There was no coffee maker and not enough garbage cans. (They were tiny). The steam room was not working and the pool gone. (Under renovation). The restaurant had limited selection and no late night options. The room was good but we were next to elevator. The hair dryer plug doesn’t fit in socket and the sink didn’t drain."

"Mountain View was super impressive! Room was clean, and staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The ambience of the hotel brings you back to the charm and luxury of hotels in the past, without the large price tag. I would definitely stay there again."
