"The staff was super nice and helpful. I came in on an early flight and wanted to wash my face and brush up. He waited for me to be ready before going through logistics of payment. I was able to keep my luggages in the storage as I roamed around the streets of Taipei. The room is spacious and clean. MRT is very convenient, literally just downstairs although I have to say it’s usually a bit of a travel from and back to the hotel. But overall I had an amazing experience. "

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and any questions I had were handled efficiently. Overall, Hyatt Place New Taipei offers great value, comfort, and reliability. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers."
