"Great boutique hotel in a central location. We had a smaller room but it was comfortable and the staff was beyond many others we stayed at during our Swiss trip. Breakfast was one of the best and staff was amazing!"

"very friendly staff. my wife bruised her toe badly in zermatt and she had yo apply a cream and soak it in warm water. staff tracked fown am appropriately sized bucket she could you. nice breakfast buffet. will definitely return"

"The room was small but convenient for our stay. We were out most of the time exploring. Would stay again- convenient location to the train station, bus stop and pier for traveling. Would def stay there again if visiting."

"WiFi log on is cumbersome and required going to the Reception for help. There are only 4-5 parking spots available for the hotel… we were lucky that there was one available… reserve a spot if you like to park there"
