"It's a beautiful hotel with spectacular views. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would have expected the room to be a bit larger for the price, and breakfast at the restaurant was exorbitant. It's right on the lake, and within walking distance to just about everything."

"Friendly & nice front desk personnel. Free drinking water, coffee & other hot drinks. Erton, I think he is the manager was nice & helpful. This Ibis Hotel Lucerne is in the city center. Do not forget to ask for free tram pass. Accessible to many stores & transportation."

"The location is close to the train station. The staffs are friendly, bed is comfortable, bathroom is big, the shower pressure is good, but the water could turn hot and cold suddenly. Breakfast is excellent! They let you choose two free drinks in the fridge."
