"The staff is very friendly"

"Nice hotel in Jiaxing"

"Always nice staying there"

"The location is five minutes walk from the west village entrance and close to restaurants, the bed is comfy and room is lovely. Staff are helpful and breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend it!"

"Great location and clean property! We loved being able to walk right into Wuzhen town for sightseeing. The staff was super friendly and helped carry our heavy luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated. My kids had a blast here. The only downsides were bathroom drain issue that leaked slightly, but room service came to fix it promptly after we called. Overall, everything was great and I highly recommend it!"

"Maybe one of the nicest hotels I've ever visited. Can't wait to gi back."

"I like the Hilton hotel in Jiaxing"

"服务非常好，从客房到餐厅，每一个人都很友好，业务能力也很好"

"The room was well laid out but it smelled like it was musty and smelled of smoke. Staff was lovely. "

"附近正在開發中 酒店有湖景房 但沒有湖景 祇有正在開發中的地盤 早餐不理想 食物選擇少及熱食的都是冷的 入住後第二天 房間內沒有擺放棉花棒 及廁紙 要去問房間清潔員取 酒店品牌好 酒店房間好 但員工還要培訓"

"I have stayed in this hotel numerous times in the past years, from its brand-new heydays to its current dated conditions. It is conveniently located next to the China Leather City shopping center and choice of restaurants; the Hangzhou-Haining Intercity Railway station is just 500 meters away, and a bus stop is close-by with many lines connecting to towns and villages in the City of Haining. Breakfast is just average but the in-house seafood restaurant is excellent."

"Hotel is nice but location is little far from city center"

"洗水間內的燈不能長開，會自動關掉。床鋪不舒。適早餐部的服務員態度很差。食物水平不好，大部分食物都是冷冰冰"

"The owners wrte really helpful with our visit. Couldnt ask forore hospitality."
