"I have stayed here a few times before this stay . Everytime before the room was clean nothing to complain about therefore we kept coming back . But this time the bed sheets had blood stains on them not just on one sheet but both sheets and the mattress. Didn’t even notice this big issue till I woke up in the morning. The bathroom had what looked like mold in the shower. Because of this I might have to book somewhere. Very disappointed because I really liked staying here because it’s close to shopping centers.also not sure why they haven’t took off the “free breakfast “ the breakfast is to go items like small muffins , granola bars and coffee."

"I feel like if you’re going to have a hotel in Bellevue Washington, you should be matching the vibe of Bellevue Washington. It’s literally an eyesore in the middle of a beautiful city. It is horribly outdated. That carpet in that room had to be 50 years old. Yes, the beds were comfortable, but they might as well have been twin beds. They were so tiny. The TV had no sound and nobody managed the noise issue. There was a full on sorority party in the room next door till 3 AM. And why charge for parking you had more parking in that lot than the entire city combined."

"We had an amazing stay at InterContinental Seattle Bellevue while celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and truly made our stay feel special. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was absolutely stunning — we were lucky to have a corner room with large panoramic windows and a gorgeous city view. It was quiet, comfortable, and felt very luxurious. A special thank you to the staff for the thoughtful anniversary surprise — a bottle of sparkling wine and a beautifully presented dessert with a personalized message. It was such a kind and memorable touch that we truly appreciated. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bellevue with everything within walking distance. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back again for a special occasion. Highly recommend!"

"Room 324 - fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Told it to the front desk staff but the issue was never addressed."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. There were pretty extensive renovations going on which limited the use of elevators, we took the stairs which was fine but not ideal when on higher floors. Beds were comfortable, black out shades were great and the room was quiet and comfortable."

"Nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff, skywalks to shopping and restaurants so very convenient. Love the apples and water at checkin and the breakfast at Eques is great. Only complaints are the $7 per package charge for receiving a package, and the lukewarm temp water in the shower. Overall a great hotel experience I will stay again."
