"Had to cut my stay short since there was no water. There was also a construction crew working there around 8am daily. There was no hot water whatsoever. Getting inside was a mission. Looks nothing like the pics! Beds are not comfortable. Very deceiving. I expressed my concern to them and all they did was apologize. They refused to refund me anything at all. Customer service is atrocious. They’ve been ignoring me. "

"I had a great experience here. The service 10/10. Staff very helpful and friendly, super clean. Pool is great , the casino next door is fun ! Beach is less than a block away as well as the kioskos of Luquillo (lots of dining options available). Carabali Rainforest Park (for the ATVs and Yunque excursions) is 10mins away. Fajardo is 30mins away. We had parking available every day. The gym facilities were perfect to stay active during our trip and as a runner I had the opportunity to run from the hotel to La Moserrate beach . The hotel had also transfers available for the Bad Bunny residence. Will definitely return here on my next trip to Luquillo. "

"The Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve was an amazing island adventure. My 12-year old son and I enjoyed playing volleyball in the pool, basking in the sun, and encountering unexpectedly a lizard…by the pool. Service was phenomenal whether it was in the room, by the pool, or at the front desk. This resort is the epitome of luxury and resounding memories."

"AMAZING STAY. I can not say enough wonderful things about this property. It was my mom and I’s first time ever visiting Puerto Rico, and upon booking we really loved how close this hotel is to the airport. It was very easy to get a taxi from the airport to this hotel, and there is a bus stop right next to the hotel that takes you back when your stay is through! The staff here are so friendly and helpful, they checked us in early, made sure we had everything we needed, and even held our bags for us at the end of our stay because check out was hours before our flight, amazing!! The Hampton Inn Beach Club was the star of the show for us though- the hotel gives you passes for the beach for each day of your stay, you take them to the beach across the street, and nice employees on the beach set up your chairs & umbrellas. Not having to carry much to the beach on a vacation is the best. The included breakfast every morning is wonderful too- the staff keep everything super clean, they are dancing around and super high energy, we loved talking to all of them. The included happy hour drinks and snacks every night were amazing too. Book this stay!!! It’s 100000% worth it. The area surrounding this hotel is super safe! We had no issues walking around during the day or at night. The Sabao cafe next door is a MUST visit by the way. "
