"We had a lovely stay at Beech Hill Hotel. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and they were always attentive. We were also lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade on arrival, which was a really nice surprise! We had both breakfast and an evening meal at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed both. The facilities were great too. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely come back. Thank you to all the staff at Beech Hill for making our stay so lovely!"

"Strange entrance to our room as had to hold the fire door open and room door to get the cases in. Room was clean as was bathroom although bath panel very scruffy. Due to the style of sink turning the tap on causes a tidal wave and wets you through so have to use cautiously! Had to pay for parking as didn’t book directly with hotel."

"Super stay, excellent facilities particularly loved the pool and steam room. Bar area excellent as the kids area tucked away round corner with a tv and football table and massive chalk board a really nice surprise. Evening meal and drinks great as was service and foot at breakfast. 9.5 out of 10…..poor pillows and uncomfortable mattress dropped marks but forgivable as stay was so good otherwise."

"Warm welcome and amazing, helpful staff team. Lovely clean rooms and great water pressure. Buffet style cooked breakfast was only thing that was not 100% ... one day it was all pretty dried under the lights, although the next stay it was much busier and breakfast was fresher as turnaround of stock was faster. We ate one night in the restaurant and the food was good but a little pricy, although expected for a hotel restaurant. We would definitely stay again if in the area."
