"Hot was very nice and conveniently located 3-5 city blocks from Florence City Center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend making Hotel Restaurant reservation prior to arrival to get the benefit of the “beautiful roof top view of Florence”. We stayed 3 days and could not get reservations. Overall very good experience!"

"First time staying at Hotel Paris. It was a true delight from the moment we arrived with the wonderful welcome to the time we left. Although we only stayed 2 nights, we felt like home. The room was beautiful overlooking the street and surprisingly quiet at night for sleeping. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Clean, clean clean. Breakfast served in the beautifully vaulted and frescoed ceiling room was nice. Coffee/tea service available 24 hours. Great find! "

"The check-in staff were nicely cordial, informative about hotel and surrounding area. Our room/suite was real nice, kept clean, stocked with water, coffee and clean towels. In addition we never saw the cleaning staff. The pool, lounge and dining areas were okay, but a little tight for space. I believe they did the best they could with the space they had. Breakfast buffet food quality was okay, but limited for the cost. I found the dining menu having the same issue as breakfast. Overall I liked Ville sull’Arno, safe area, we were able to walk back from our excursions which was about 2 km walk. Cheers. "
