"This was some of the kindest and most attentive staff we’ve ever encountered! Truly went above and beyond for our family and made sure we were totally comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel - don’t hesitate to book! They will take care of you beautifully!"

"Rooms were nice, clean, quiet, and spacious. Nice location in real Florence neighborhood with good food nearby but also walkable to the river and the major attractions. Enrico, the proprietor, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gracious."

"This property is amazing. We had three couples and there were three great size bedrooms and two full nice bathrooms, and had a balcony. It was perfect. "

"This home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The area was quiet and there's a nice grocery store within walking distance. However, it was quite difficult to find the house when we first arrived and communication was difficult - we had to call more than once to finally talk to someone to allow us entrance. Putting the address in GoogleMaps is not helpful, as it takes you to the wrong building. It is also not in a good location if you plan to travel to Florence's central - no Uber/Lyft/taxi was...

"Terrible, en el sitio no funcionaba el internet y eso que habia dejado claro que iba a atender reuniones desde ahí. Los aires aocndicionados sonaban terrible, no enfriaban, los tuve que apagar dormir sudando con mosquito, de las peores experiencias que he vivido.
Lo más triste que tuve que salir antes por la falta de servicio del sitio y pedí me hicieran el reembolso de la noche que fui a otro sitio y el sitio decidio no hacerlos."

We stayed at the Hotel David for four nights. The staff are welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff did an invisible but excellent job, leaving our room immaculate every day. Our twin room was spacious, with ample storage space, and a large shower room off a small hallway. The bed was very comfortable. There a wide variety of food for breakfast, including fresh fruit and freshly made pastries and cakes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind the 15-20-minute walk...

One of the best hotels I have stayed - small, 'boutique' feel. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff - they seemed to want us to enjoy our stay ! Stayed 2 x one night, so had 2 different rooms - both quite different, but both excellent quality & space. Dinner in restaurant was superb; breakfast buffet excellent. c. 20 minute walk into the centre of Florence, maybe 30 mins to Ponte Vecchio, or use the shuttle bus or taxis. Highly recommended - can't wait to go back !

The hotel is relatively new, but beautifully constructed and features a roof terrace with some lovely views over the city. We stayed in a Junior suite which had a great amount of space for the family, nice bathroom and featured a kitchenette which after a visit to local Co-op or Conad supermarket, was very useful for breakfasts, and the odd evening meal. The hotel also has a swimming pool area which was nice to use and relax after a day sightseeing. The hotel team were very helpful and...

My favourite thing was the shower, such a great size in comparison to some of the standard sizes in Italian accommodation. If you’re happy to have a 20 minute walk to the main tourist area this is perfect, amazing boutique shops nearby but the property was so clean and the room size was perfect. There was an issue with the access keypad but the owner arrived so quick to help and the communication for the property in general was seem-less. I would definitely book again for any future trips.

Spent 2 nights here for a short break. Lovely hotel.... Spa was used both days and was lovely after long days sightseeing! Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.... Room was also excellent...spacious, comfy and had all amenities needed. It was rather warm in our room but we had a balcony so just opened the door. Didn't bother us enough to mention it to staff though! Breakfast was also good, plenty of choice and freshly cooked. All in all would definitely recommend!!

Excellent hotel for a business trip or tourism. Just outside city centre, at cathedral within 15 minutes' walking. Neighbourhood OK, nothing special. Great friendly service. Close of reception at 10pm means need to get staff from hotel across the road to let you in - less of an inconvenience than it sounds. Very nice and varied breakfast buffet.

My stay in Florence was truly memorable, largely due to the exceptional staff. Their dedication went above and beyond expectations, and the warmth and attentiveness of each individual made me eager to return.
Furthermore, both breakfast and dinner were superb, and the hotel's location offered excellent accessibility.
Adding to the memorable experience, we were delighted with a complimentary room upgrade. The staff also provided invaluable recommendations for local attractions.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff. We had the standard loft with a hot tub inside our bedroom! Loved it. Even though the reception is only open 9am-5pm, the hotel staff were very good at communicating with us through WhatsApp even when outside of these hours. The hotel feels very private. Love love love.

The check-in was fast and easy.
The hotel is nicely decorated and cozy.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
We were allowed to use a microwave oven near the breakfast area to heat some food we bought in a nearby market.
We were given a big 2 single beds, 1 double bed room, while we had a reservation for a normal twin-single bed room.
There was a safe and a working frigobar (that actually cooled things).
The bathroom was spacious except for the shower box, which was somewhat small. It had the...

We went to Florence to run the Florence Marathon and the race started only 200 yards from the hotel door, so that was excellent. The race organisers used the hotel for the elite athletes so that was a good sign. Early breakfast on race day was real bonus and was of excellent standard. Staff were also excellent, kind and helpful when I needed help with printing boarding passes. However, the staff on the front desk didn't always make eye contact. The rooms are a little small. The hotel is ideally situated with the Piazza Del Duomo and Ponte Vecchio both within 15 minutes walking distance. Staff were friendly, bed was comfy and room was clean. Would stay again if in Florence.
