We absolutely loved our room and the property in general. It’s modern, cozy and very comfortable. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Breakfast was also amazing. I highly recommend.

Great B&B place but need guest care improvement

Very nice, clean, size, efficient room & bathroom… centrally located… had hard time finding the street number & no receptionist on site at our arrival… had to self check thru help of other guests

Overall a decent stay. Pros: friendly staff, spacious room, fun area, the biggest rain shower I’ve ever seen. Cons: check-in info was incorrect so I couldn’t check-in online, directions to b&b unclear, no communication over text or email, and was surprised that my rate didn’t include breakfast. We ended up paying 6 euro/person for breakfast.

Me and my friend had a really bad experience living here for two nights due to bed bugs. We couldn't hold off by anyone by phone/whatsapp and we've never seen anyone at the reception desk. Not recommended at all.

Estrés por falta de asistencia

Cuando llegamos el encargado de la recepción fue muy amable, pero cuando nos íbamos al día siguiente tuvimos un problema para conseguir un taxi que nos llevara al aeropuerto y como no se mantiene nadie en la recepción, no pudimos tener la asistencia necesaria. Fue todo un calvario lograr contratar el taxi para las 4 am porque para reservar un taxi, las empresas de taxis requieren un teléfono con línea nacional de Italia.

Great stay!

This place was amazing! I could not compliment them enough, the staff were friendly and accomodating; the breakfast each morning was nice and the room was good. It was a tiny bit far to walk into city centre everyday but definitely do-able. Would recommend or stay again.

In the non touristy part of town: lots of cafes and shops right in the area - great overall vibe: very quiet for sleeping! Great views from the balcony. Great breakfasts! Within walking distance to all the major sights.

Realy nice, newly redecoratws rooms. Ours had a balcony with cityview. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The property is a little far away from the central station (30min by foot) but it’s actually very nice to be away from the crowd.
