Staff were all really nice, especially Esther at the front desk who helped answer my questions about Sun moon lake activities and helped us plan out our schedule! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Taiwan !"
"The two of us got a huge room with two king size beds! The buffet dinner and breakfast were both amazing, large selections of both asian and western cuisine. The hotel has an observation area for sunset and star gazing. In the morning, there is a shuttle to bring you to the sunrise train. I definitely recommend this hotel for anything visiting Alishan."
