Staff were lovely, room was gorgeous and immaculate, location was perfect and we wouldn't have changed anything. Had literally anything we needed, even a sauna! Just perfect.

The hotel is perfectly positioned for moving about Florence. It was nicely renovated, well maintained and clean. The staff was cheerfully attentive and helpful. When we return, not if, the Floren will be our hotel. Cheers to the staff!
