Notre séjour a été incroyable, Marta et Giorgio sont des personnes géniales. La maison est incroyable, on y a passé de très bonnes vacances. Le lieu est également idéal, juste à côté de Pise, pas très loin des Cinq Terres et Florence, c’était super! Le petit-déjeuner très italien, fait maison est super bon. Bref tout était super, on se sent encore mieux qu’à la maison!

Lovely place

Loved it!what a wonderful find. Marta"s place is stylish and clean with everything you"ll need. Marta is wonderful person. Met us and provided us with loads of information about the local restaurants and attratction. Very comfy king size bed. Would 10/10 stay again and recommend to friends.

The owner Marta was extremely helpful and was the best the food was amazing it changed every day ,the portions were more than you could eat.We ate in the beautiful gardens outside with the sun streaming through the trees The building is absolutely beautiful the rooms we’re clean lovely layout and nicely decorated and after breakfast was almost finished Martin would come out and we dance in her garden taking turns from table to table this is a must stop on your trip The balcony and the view of all the mountains were exceptional we came back with some food from town to eat in the evening on her deck and the staff accommodated all the dishes olive oil vinegar table cloth and put on beautiful music for us to eat into the sunset we had laundry service and everything came back folded properly pressed this day is over the top and a must for anybody visiting Italy !!! Martha is the life of our stay at Martis guest house bed-and-breakfast the hostess extraordinaire you You will not be disappointed and staying at Marty’s guest house the staff were very courteous and helpful and extremely friendly this was the best and the top of our stay in Italy

Very nicely maintained guest house. Marta was a very affectionate hostess and treated all the guests as a family. Amazing home cooked breakfast in the morning. Kids loved playing with the 3 house cats. Location was excellent - away from the crowded city but just a 15 minutes drive from both Pisa and Lucca. Would love to stay there again.

Martha ist die sehr nette Vermieterin/Besitzerin des Hauses. Das Frühstück war liebevoll und abwechslungsreich jeden Tag vorbereitet. Das Zimmer mit Bad war ordentlich und sauber, vor allem angenehm kühl. Der Garten ist perfekt geeignet zum abendlichen Wein trinken. Martha bietet auch diverse an. Martha hilft bei allen Fragen und gibt sehr gute Tipps zu Ausflügen. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man die Gegend erkunden will. Kleiner Tipp: direkt bei Martha buchen!

Não temos palavras para descrever nossa estadia em Marta guesthouse. Primeiramente trata-se de um casarão lindo e aconchegante com uma decoração primorosa. Nosso quarto foi magnifico- espaçoso, silencioso e confortavel, com banheiro interno. O café da manhã foi esplendoroso - o melhor que tivemos em nossa viagem pela Itália- tudo preparado com requintes de capricho pela própria Marta- proprietaria do local. Ficamos em Marta Guesthouse por 3 noites para visitarmos Lucca e Pisa, os quais ficam cerca de 20 a 25 minutos de carro do local. Recomendamos fortemente este local - muito obrigado a Marta. Giorgio e Giada por nossa estadia inesquecivel

Helt okey..!

Helt okey vistelse. Stort rum med stor säng hade utsikt mot trädgården. Marta och sonen är personerna du får hjälp utav och der var mer än hjälpsamma med tips om sevärdigheter i närområdet. Frukosten serverades i trädgården och var helt okey den också. Helt klart värt ett stop på rundturen.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus im Jugendstil-Ambiente.

Marta ist eine charmante und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin einem paradiesisch anmutenden Ambiente. Man fühlt sich wirklich als Gast und nicht nur als Kunde. Das Haus liegt abseits von Lucca, aber zentral für Besuche von Florenz, Lucca, Pisa oder der Küste.

Superb 5 star accomodation at great value

It was amazing. Property was exceptional. The garden and village surrounds of the Tuscan countryside was spectacular. The host Marta was magnificent and her breakfasts legendary. The property is 20 kms outside Lucca so suits tourists eploring the region by car including PIsa, Lucca, even Florence.Great value and great experience.

Marta is an absolute delight. The house is a little hard to find in the little village with very narrow streets. Suggest using GPS. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great. Location is halfway between Lucca and Pisa which was perfect for our itinerary.

Leider kein schöner Aufenthalt

Von außen sieht das Haus recht nett aus, sobald man aber das Haus betritt, wirkt alles etwas gruselig. Sehr alte Einrichtung mit viel Krimskram (im Zimmer und im Flur sowie im Frühstücksraum). Das Zimmer mit Terrasse fanden wir leider nicht gemütlich. Alte eklige Wolldecke über dem Bettlaken sowie eine gruselige Farbabstimmung im Raum. Das Badezimmer wurde in den Raum gebaut, indem 2 zusätzliche Wände auf ca. 2/3 Deckenhöhe gezogen wurde. Beim Duschen steht immer mindestens 50% des Bades unter Wasser, weil es keine Duschwanne gibt und der Boden zugleich der Abfluss ist. Es ist alles stark verkalkt und teilweise vom Wasser aufgequollen (z.B. Türrahmen, Fussleisten), laute Lüftung.

Marta's guest house was very conveniently located between Lucca and Pisa. I would definitely recommend this establishment because of Marta and her son, who really make you feel like family and go out of their way to make your stay as wonderful as possible!

Charming, warm and unique guesthouse!

This charming bed and breakfast guesthouse was really great. The staff´s (Marta and Giorgio) service, friendly manners and recommendations were super and the feeling when staying in the house was quite unique when it comes to the architecture. I have never before seen such a well restored and designed guesthouse from the 1930s Italian era, the owners have really made a perfect job restoring and also adding their own personal touch and interior design to it, a must see!
