Lovely staff. Nice pool. Best to taxi or cycle to Lucca, as the hotel ittle bit out the city, but well worth it, to stay in this nice hotel

ホテルにやっと着くと、番号の付いた鍵が渡され階上なら石の階段を荷物とともに自力で部屋まで上がります。 安いからしょうがないと思いました。 部屋の数字は手描きのローマ数字なので馴染みがない我々には見当がつきません。どこかわからずレセプションに尋ねに戻るとご機嫌ナナメな感じで教えてくれました。来てはもらえません。 とにかく親切とはいえない男性スタッフの対応です。でも翌日の女性スタッフはとても良い感じでした。 部屋は写真よりずっと素敵で、清潔で暖かいです。お湯もよく出ます。 ただし階上の人の音がベッドのきしみまでけっこう聞こえます。 駅から遠くタクシーも高いルッカなのでバックパッカーか車で行く人には良いかも知れません。

Very nice property and grounds, breakfast was good, and the addition of a pool was a bonus. It's located about a 20min walk to the Lucca walls, which we easily done every day. Minor issues would be the metal four poster bed take up a little too much space in the rooms, the pool area could be a little cleaner (signs of algae around tiles). One problem which is not associated with the B&B, is the lack of Taxi's in Lucca, we arrived at the train station in the evening, and there were no Taxi's to be found, we ended up waiting about 45mins before we found one. Most evenings you cannot find a taxi in Lucca to take you back to the B&B, unless you phone. We ended up walking each time!

Unterkunft ist wunderschön, von der Lage her gut, man kann Lucca in 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Frühstück ist alles vorhanden. Schwimmbad gut gepflegt, wobei ein paar Sonnenschirme gut wären.

The hotel had a lovely swimming pool and the breakfast was fresh and delicious with a good choice . The hotel however was a 20 minute trek to the walls of lucca ( and often a long walk within) . There were very limited facilities around the hotel so nowhere to eat or drink without going into the walls. You need a car if you want to get around .

Sehr nette Familie die das B&B führt, toller Pool, super Frühstück und im positiven Sinne Oldstyle-Einrichtung (alte Templer-Burg). Wir haben ins sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicher nochmal hinfahren. WLAN ist ein wenig schwachbrüstig, aber sonst alles top!

Lovely fairytale type hotel very close to the centre of Lucca. We arrived too late for reception but the owner left us a lovely message with guidance to our keys and room.

A quirky alternative to the usual bog standard b & b. The pool area was lovely and peaceful. The room was a good size although quite dark. The bed was super comfy! The breakfast was ok although could offer a bit more variety rather than lots of sweet options. Not too far from Lucca set in a quiet location with easy access to the main roads to Florence, Pisa etc. Very helpful on reception.

A charming and comfortable b&b at a quiet corner of town! Very helpful and kind staff. Clean and well-kept room. Superb breakfast. Convenient parking inside the gates. An easy walk (15 mins.) to the old city gate.

Ci tornerò sicuramente

Camera molto bella, pulita, spaziosa. Personale disponibilissimo e cortese. Posizionato a pochi minuti da Lucca, si trova facilmente. Presente anche una piscina e un'area giochi esterna per i bambini.. Ideale per single, coppie e famiglie io ci torno!

Hôtel bien placé au calme à proximité de la vieille ville de Lucca. Parking pour la voiture et petit déjeuner parfaits. Bémol sur la propreté de la chambre et sur l’insonorIsation entre les étages. Personnel très accueillant.

Splendido hotel, sembra un castello ed anche le stanze lo sono in stile medievale, bagno pulitissimo ed anche la biancheria. Colazione eccezionale, con cornetti, marmellate, muffin, crostatine con marmellate ed altro ancora, si può scegliere anche la colazione salata. Personale splendido, ed anche i due mici neri. Ci ritorneremo.

Comfortable stay. Shame no tea/coffee facilities in the room and restricted to only one hot drink at breakfast. Reception not manned most of the time. But generally a good stay.
