"The staff was very helpful before we checked in. Once we returned because our room was ready, the desk staff was efficient but provided no help. (Such as directing us toward the elevator) she didn’t even tell us our room number, it was just written inside the card holder. Just seemed like we were not important."

"I had a great stay, Crystal and Juanita were terrific. Breakfast was good. I wasn't sure if I would like the scrambled eggs (I am weird about eggs) but they were really good. Our room was clean and we had plenty of towels, Everything in my room worked. The only thing I saw that needed some repairs would be the hot tub. I would absolutely stay here any time I go back to Lubbock"
