"I’ve enjoyed staying here while dropping my kids off at college so I stay twice a year. The rooms are great. Has an on-site restaurant which is really good. It’s in downtown Fairbanks and close to everything.
We just got back yesterday from staying there again only this time I decided to write a review and took one star off because they now charge a $10 parking fee which is nowhere listed on their app or website. And after mentioning it to them, they said it was a corporate decision and they haven’t updated their site and this was done back in February. The site and mobile app still list it as free parking. “There’s nothing we can do about it they said”."

"We liked the interesting style of the place. The staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean. The l supplies in the kitchen were everything one could possibly need.
Our only concern was the bed was not really comfortable. It was hard and not very padded.
But truly, everything else was exactly to our liking. It’s also in a good location of Fairbanks."

"Ok. I have what may sound like complaints, but I’m only sharing them so you know what to expect. Upon arrival, there was a fairly intoxicated man dancing and smoking cigarettes directly in front of the door. He was very jovial and, whatever, all good. I only mention this because he was still outside the front door smoking the next morning - 14 hours later! That said, the location wasn’t great. The next parking lot over had a car/motorcycle meet up, per chance, and there was drag racing going on right outside the entire night.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are updated, and the staff was lovely. Despite the outdoor issues and my concern that maybe someone would break into my car, I would stay here again. Super comfy beds. "
