The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every one of them is excellent. Friendly and helpful. I arrived off the sleeper and they wen out of their way to make sure I got into my room early. We were apprehensive after reading previous reviews, however we were positively surprised. Our family room was large and spacious and the beds very comfortable.
