Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was quiet, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We definitely stay again.

We stay here every year. Love the location, historic building, and huge windows in the rooms. This is much nicer than most Embassy Suites. The breakfast team is great. The front desk team is inconsistent and not as strong as in past years.

We stayed in the hotel just after it opened and the bar/restaurant area has still to open but there were plenty of people in sampling the food and drink while guests while guests had to go elsewhere for refreshment. Apparently there is a terrace area, which we weren't told about either. Room was very comfortable and there is a turntable and records in each room, which I loved. It will be a good hotel; once fully open however it wasn't made clear that parts were still being refurbished when we...

I thought that the rooms were comfortable and the member of staff who did breakfast was always happy and helpful also the pool and gym were excellent Unfortunately some guests spoiled it on two occasions the smell of marijuana on my floor was overpowering but on the whole my stay was good

I would like to place on here my real thanks to everybody at the hotel.The stay by my family ( In their case a first time) this stay was fully up to the standards I had experienced before.The Hotel is easy to get to & plenty of parking spaces.easy to get to bars & shops.
