"A Great Stay at Two Tails! I had a really nice stay at Two Tails, and the overall experience was great. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. One of the biggest pluses for me was the gym, since I work out daily and appreciate being able to maintain my fitness routine while traveling. The location is especially convenient, situated right above the MRT station, making it easy to get around Taipei. There are also plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance, so finding good food is never a problem. Overall, Two Tails offers a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The best location to stay near Taoyuan Airport. It is 3 stations aways and takes only 15 minute to the airport. The hotel is next to main road and train tracks but I am amazed with its sound proof. My room is huge with 2 rocking lounge chairs; bathroom comes with luxury freestanding bathtub. It is enjoyable except the unpleasant smell at the hallway to elevator. Hope to see their improvement during my next stay."

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the hot spring every day. A highlight was being allowed to use the hot spring even after checkout — it was a lovely touch to freshen up before heading to the airport. One small suggestion: when we first entered the room, it wasn't immediately clear how to turn on the lights. We had to use our phone flashlight (so dark) to discover that the key card needed to be inserted into a slot to activate them. A small sign or note near the door would be very helpful for first-time guests."

"Large generous rooms with excellent views. Loved the small public onsen bath, which were free to use for guests. Location was a bit out of the way and perhaps would be difficult to access without a car, but we had relatives living nearby to drive us. But this would be a plus if seclusion is what you seek. The breakfast buffet was delicious too, though it did get very crowded if you don't go early."
