Gorgeous hotel lovely location, exceptional dinner in the restaurant!! Dog friendly. Wonderful staff. Sadly only stayed one night so couldn’t explore the area.

I was doing a cycle ride in the area and the owners were very helpful - storage area for bikes, getting up at 04.30 to provide breakfast before the ride, etc.

Bit of a walk to the car park, but the hotel is in a good spot to visit all of the sites, find food, have a drink or do some shopping.

Excellent service throughout . I could not find fault even I tried really hard. All the staff were polite and friendly and the bedroom was spotless. Our special thanks to charming lady at the reception, very friendly room decorating lady and the manager Pascal Martin. Restaurant was excellent - Highly recommended all round.

This is a small B & B run by Elizabeth a wonderful hostess. Elisabeth was kind and considerate and made sure that we were happy with our stay at La residence. The surrounding neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and quiet spacious . Attached to this B & B is also a small chapel which was also convenient. Would recommend this B & B to anyone; it is nearer to the Basilica approximately 5-7 minutes away. Just around the corner from the B & B lots of places to have lunch and...

Great value for money a nice breakfast , the hotel was absolutely spotless and great service ,

Friendly, busy hotel close to the Sanctuary, shops and restaurants. Staff are helpful and able to converse in several languages. Rooms spacious and clean. Good size bathroom with shower. Plenty of space in the reception area. Big plus is free wifi.

Clean room and friendly staff and atmosphere

Lovely extra touches and the recently renovated hotel.

Nice quiet, comfortable hotel, easy walking distance to the grotto. Helpful staff. Having a fridge, cooker and kettle in room was an added bonus. We had a room overlooking the river with a small balcony. Would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with lovely and very helpful staff. Quiet too. Near to all the sights to see in Lourdes. Especially like to thank Alexa and Morgane who helped us with any queries and questions. Had a lovely time

Beautifully restored guest house by the owners.

Lovely hotel within an easy walk of Pau town centre. The spa was lovely, and the staff very welcoming. Great secure underground parking, with easy access even for lower cars, with plenty of EV charging. Also plenty of free outdoor parking on hotel grounds. Great one night stop on our travel through Europe this summer.

Clean, well decorated, good parking. The rainforest shower was fabulous. Lots of nice little extras like tea and coffee and biscuits. Newly built so still looks good. Would definitely stay again.
