Search Hotels with Laundry Service in Lourdes

I booked a single standard room & emailed to say I would prefer a shower to a bath and I was placed in a Junior Suite, with walk in shower (in addition to a shower over a bath), a lounge area with tea making facilities and a fridge as well as a bedroom which seemed larger than the standard room. The price stayed the same, so I was very pleased with this, and very comfortable. All rooms are air conditioned. There is a steep slope up to the entrance with an alternative of steps from half way up,...

Lovely extra touches and the recently renovated hotel.

Excellent service throughout . I could not find fault even I tried really hard. All the staff were polite and friendly and the bedroom was spotless. Our special thanks to charming lady at the reception, very friendly room decorating lady and the manager Pascal Martin. Restaurant was excellent - Highly recommended all round.

Lovely and convenient place to stay. When we put the shower on they knocked on the door to see if we were smoking in the room. It was the steam from the shower so they need to address this in the future.

Very close to the sanctuaries, and shops and cafes close by, so excellent location. Clean and well furnished, good facilities. Very helpful staff. Breakfast provided if required. I would be happy to stay here again.

Friendly, busy hotel close to the Sanctuary, shops and restaurants. Staff are helpful and able to converse in several languages. Rooms spacious and clean. Good size bathroom with shower. Plenty of space in the reception area. Big plus is free wifi.

Stayed 3 nights to visit the Basilicca and Grotto

Nice quiet, comfortable hotel, easy walking distance to the grotto. Helpful staff. Having a fridge, cooker and kettle in room was an added bonus. We had a room overlooking the river with a small balcony. Would stay here again.

I have just come home after five nights here in a 2-person studio. The studio was very clean, and well-equipped with pots and pans, crockery and cutlery if you want to cook for yourself (two-ring electric hob and microwave). There is a dishwasher with a couple of tablets supplied. My studio was on the edge of the complex and next to the main road but I couldn't hear the traffic at all with the patio doors closed, (you can close the electric shutters also) and I slept very well. Beautiful hotel with lovely and very helpful staff. Quiet too. Near to all the sights to see in Lourdes. Especially like to thank Alexa and Morgane who helped us with any queries and questions. Had a lovely time

As Always a pleasant stay. Have used is many times.

I liked the price, the location (near the train station and drop off point for airport navette) and the staff were funny and helpful.
