I called from my room to order the ride, arrived in the lobby as the first of a set looking to get the shuttle to the airport; as I waited I observed the shittle at the hotel across the street at the Hampton. The shuttle then headed to the airport without me and zero communication. In the interest of my own timeliness I hired anUBER and paid $35!! Quite annoying that i chose Tru hotel in large part for the airport shuttle convenience and never rode it!"
