What a terrible stay. We were in town for five nights for a music festival and never felt safe nor welcome at this hotel. We reported multiple times our deadbolt was broken and nothing was done. House keeping did not show up on the third day like they stated. Shower faucet was coming out of the wall. Ice machine was broken and when I asked the front desk about getting ice for my injured knee they said, “As if we have staff for that. Go to the bar and maybe they’ll give you some.” This hotel is sketchy, unsafe, and unwelcoming. Very disappointed in our stay.

The hotel itself is more than fine. Only downside is that it’s on the other side of the river from Louisville.

The hotel itself is beautiful in the grounds around it. There’s not a whole lot to do around there or a whole lot of dining. You have to drive a bit but overall the hotel was conveniently located and a good price For being just outside of Louisville. The security guard was rather rude and aggressive with us when we were outside being quiet, not disturbing anybody . Other than that, I would stay here again.

The rooms were TINY. Bathroom was gross. Tiles all broken, tub old. Everything looked outdated and old. Pictures weee deceiving. The room was also very small. Stairway outside of room was disgusting. There was no staff at check in and was about 6th in line. Had to wait at 11:30pm for someone to come work the front desk.

We like to stay here when we go to Louisville. Dont trust the wake up calls, i scheduled 2 and both times they never went off. I tried asking for a blanket the first night and they told me that they couldn't until the next day. I tried asking for plates and they told me they didn't have any, even though they have a restaurant on site. I like the local area for dining and you're 10 min away from Louisville so its really convenient that way but the staff clearly has some issues.
