"A truly unique and memorable stay. The ice sculptures are stunning and create an incredible atmosphere, and it’s a great spot for seeing the aurora if conditions are right. Just note that half board dinner in the ice hotel requires an upgrade fee, and you’ll need a car or shuttle to get there as there’s no public transport. Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience."

"We did not receive the details to enter the apartment till we called them up on reaching the apartment which was very inconvenient as there are many apartments and the name on them is different from what was there in the booking. We wasted a lot of time trying to locate it and get the checkin details standing in the cold outside, so the starting experience was not good at all. The apartment is very nice and the location good. However, we found it difficult to use the oven as there were no oven gloves or aluminium foil, we wern't sure if any of the dishes were oven proof. There is a washing machine but no detergent. When we asked them for it they asked us to come to their office which was 2 km away instead of delivering it or making sure everything required was available in the apartment in the first place, so their processes need some looking into! There was salt and oil only provided, no sugar, tea, coffee or creamers! We didn't find any shops closeby!"

"The room was clean, but during the winter conditions, you should have the options to at least have your room swept. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Furniture in the lobby was not anything we would sit on. The most disappointing part was the shower. The shower head did not stay up, so you had to use the hand held head, the water ran out of the bottom of the shower stall, so you had to squeegee the water back under the shower door after you had to get wet, lather and then rinse off in there different steps. The location was not bad it was less than a 10 minute walk to the city center."

"e had the most incredible 4 days and 3 nights at Aito resort. It was a completely 5 star experience from start to finish, with all of the small details considered by the staff for the ultimate experience. We were celebrating my partners 30th birthday and staff went above and beyond to make it special. We did the snowmobile experience and northern lights hunt and we were lucky enough to experience the Aurora on the hunt and again from our igloo. Above all - the staff here are faultless - the staff in both restaurants, the guy in the spa, Wendy in the safari house, maintenance guys and reception staff. So so friendly and kind. Thank you guys for making such a special 30th birthday for my partner - we want to come back for my 30th now in 2 years! X"
