"Reservamos este hotel con anterioridad y se pagó por medio de una aplicación y al momento de ingresar nos dieron que no habían habitaciones que la aplicación no les había informado. La señorita no nos solucionó y fue muy mala su atención, nos comunicamos con la aplicación y nos dieron que el hotel nos vendió las acotaciones. No recomiendo este hotel que solo se preocupa por el interés económico y nopor el servicio al cliente."

"We appreciated the affordable stay in cabins overlooking the canyon. An easy 90 minute hike along the rim got us to the park with more views. As well, a 5 min walk a paragliding location. For those without vehicles, we could access public transportation to Aratoca then hire a taxi. Enrique arranged a ride back to the highway where we waved down a bus. Take note that the double cabin does not include cooking facilities, only a fridge and minibar. They are still ironing out the details with this...
