This hotel is everything I could’ve ever asked for during my stay in Cusco! It’s a super great location, awesome and friendly staff, good selection for breakfast, and impeccable rooms with great character. Travelling on my own I felt so safe and got great help in arranging for airport transfers and other services during my two separate stays (I came back towards the end of my trip as I was so pleased the first time!). Totally recommend!

Clean rooms, attentive and responsive staff members. Breakfast had a wide variety of selections. Bar experience was excellent. A personalized touch from the check in to check out. The hotel not only stores our luggage but also placed it back in our room on checking in again. Packed breakfast was given on the day of the hike.
