We had a great vacation, the facilities are very nice, good food at the restaurants, pools are great, excellent staff, amazing views, the only thing we didn’t like is that all the bars and activities are done at midnight and not enough garbage cans (by the pools)

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos- All Inclusive
I can not say enough about the staff at Hyatt Ziva. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone makes eye contact, offers to help, says "with pleasure". They were amazing. Also, the amenities are great- plenty of pools and chairs. The food was delicious.
