The LINE Hotel
The hotel seems not aging well:( half the power outlet don’t work. The auto curtain remote is the most confusing thing I have ever seen. It basically requires a lot of coding to raise or put down the curtain as we wanted. And one elevator out of three has been out of order the whole time we stayed ...

Hotel Burbank
Slow internet, one of the car chargers was broken, the other one had a Tesla parked in it over night despite signs saying no Tesla adapters allowed. Staff didn't care. Room was fine, but not great. It has a great location for Burbank area.

Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City
Rooms and hotel was clean but the pool and hot tub was disappointing. The water was cloudy and looked dirty. Only 2 jets in the hot tubs were working.
