Saw pictures of the place and felt in love, arrived and it was completely different. Location was not well maintain, parking was dirt, front desk was not helpful. Hotel rooms were disgusting, minkid tooknoff his socks and started running, his feet became soo blacn from the dirt. I asked front desk to please send someone to mop, they said the next day they weere going to send someone, they never did. Floors were dirty throughout my stay

Lights wouldnt work, they would randomly switch on and off. The bathroom didnt even have a curtain or a shower handle to shower. Beds were clean. Staff did offer a different room but when we went it was the same light situation. Low price but we do get what we pay.

Booked a standard suite and expected decent cleanliness but I was wrong, the room was organized but floors were swept and not mopped. Bed and couch had few stains and hair, as well as left over hair in the shower. Had okay expectations when booking because pictures looked decent but will continue to book chained hotels instead of independent.

We got booked into a room that wasn’t clean. The bed had no bedding just the mattress it was stained. There were things left bending from previous people ex-trash beer bottles it was dirty! We asked for a clean room and we got another one but same thing left trash from previous people ex-trash one shoes. I do not recommend.

The bathtub looked dirty, the towels were stained, the carpet ripped and had to ask the front office for an iron that worked from time to time. It's a pity how management has abandoned this property. The room was spacious, just needs an update.

We had requested an upgraded room. They put us in the very back of the hotel. When we opened the door of the first room it was still in the process of being renovated. We had to go back to the front to request another room. This room was not upgraded. The bathroom was horrendous. The tiles were broken, the toilet clunked when you sat on it like it was loose, the ADA handle in the shower was not screwed into the wall. The bed felt like we laying on a board but the worst thing of all; the pillows smelled like someone had urinated on them. Due to all of this, it was a horrible night of no sleep. I mentioned all of this to the front desk agent when checking out and was told that she would make a note for housekeeping and maintenance. There was no apology or an offer to make any of it right. I rarely ever submit reviews but I do not want another person to experience what we did and have their stay ruined.

$200 deposit threw us off we had to use our spending money to stay so we literally just slept there. I use to work here and if it wasn’t bad then it’s worse.. There’s a bunch of people that live there with a lot of kids. The ac didn’t work at all we had it on and the kids woke up super cranky and sweaty terrible stay. They renovated the room it was nice but the floor was lifting from water damage and the floors themselves were filthy my husbands feet were black!

The rooms were dusty, marks on the wall, shower isn't clean (need to spray down with bleach), toilet wasn't working initially (had to re-hook the chain and flapper to the float and the water was not turned on to re-fill), underside of the tank cover edges was dirty, and bathroom sink was clogged.

The bathroom didn't work, was changed rooms after an hour of complaining. Asked for some compensation, they declined other than a free night in the future. I will never go back there.

I like the room design which includes a couch with a pullout bed in the rooms. Would like to see them improve the Wi-Fi access as I was at the back of the hotel and could not get connected to their "free" Wi-Fi amenity the entire stay, even with following the suggestions of the front desk staff. Will most likely stay here again but will be requesting a room closer to the front of the hotel where the Wi-Fi signal is stronger.

You can tell the property was once a nice high end place to vacation. Unfortunately, the years have not been too kind. The rooms were adequate, beds were comfortable, and the room was relatively clean. But they would definitely benefit from a renovation. The AC in many of the rooms worked, but not terribly well and did not work at all in at least one of the 5 rooms we rented for our team's stay. Overall, it was a decent property for the price we paid, and has a ton of potential to be very nice. Currently though, it is just a bit shabby.

There were multiple people living in the hotel, bags of dirty clothes sitting in walk ways, garbage piled up, room smelled like bug spray, beds were extremely hard, no tv in the couch area just a hole in the wall where it looked like someone stole the tv. Elevator reeked of smoke to the point we took the stairs. Definitely would not stay again.

This property was filthy, they put me in a room that I did not reserve, the elevators didn’t work, the towels were dirty, the blankets were dirty. Everything in general was not good.

Room I reserved was not available? So they downgraded me to a horrible room. Was not credited the difference. Room we found a Roach crawling on the wall. Bath tube was rusted bad! I have pictures if needed.

Coming across this post I was very intrigued in staying in this property due to pictures advertising the hotel. Entering the lobby area seemed to be promising on what the property offered due to its infrastructure. Leaving the lobby and exploring the area to find a parking space we found to come across broken down cars, abandoned vehicles, and homeless people living in the parking area. After parking our car and stepping foot on the property we found that the safety door latch that can only be opened by a key card was forcefully being bride opened by a pice of rubber leaving free access entry for uninvited quest to enter the perimeter. Attempting to located our assigned room was a maze while exploring the property to locate it we came to the cruel realization that this property was being used by permanent residents. These residents exposed their residence throw exposing had washed clothes drying out on balconies and hoarding conditions. Stepping into our room we found that the area we were going to rest for the night was nothing like the photographs posted on this post. Rooms had no installation and were freezing cold, with no type of temperature regulating thermostats. Carpet was dirty with ripped up pieces. Foul room order smelled like urine mold. Bathroom where outdated and dirty with left over toilet paper and hair clogging the drain. Bedding was limited with covers and covers that were provided seemed to be poorly washed.
