I really get annoyed when I book thru Expedia or other hotel websites and the hotel decides to put you in a "accessible" room to save money. Additionally, I have family members that would require an "accessible" room and I would advise them to not book this hotel based on the room I was given. How is a room with a bathtub/shower considered accessible?

Property was nice appeared to be a brandnew property. Feedback I will offer is that the walls are VERY thin. You can hear conversations and movement in the rooms next to you and above.

This was an excellent option for us traveling as a family, with the kitchen and breakfast provided. The fold out mattress quality was very poor, but otherwise, we had a very good experience.

Newer, Clean- But Terrible Service
You can tell this is a newer hotel. The rooms are decently sized, clean and accommodating. Always nice to have a kitchenette! Bed was comfortable enough. However, the customer service was terrible. The person that checked us in was rude and non-informative. He intentionally spoke so fast and added that he would “be here for 14 more minutes”. Which indicated he was at the end of his shift and unwilling to give us a positive customer experience. I even said “I couldn’t understand anything you just said”. And he just starred at me until I turned and walked away. Also- the jacuzzi is broken which was one of the main reasons we booked here. That was not explained to us upon check in. So we went down in swimsuits only to step into freezing cold water (jets were working). Lastly- you have to request for the room to be serviced. This also wasn’t explained at check in. So after a few days we finally had to ask about it because our trash was piling up. I understand this is standard at many place but would’ve been nice to have been informed in advance.

Close to Long Beach airport, easy check in, clean and helpful. We stayed in the motel a day before our cruise and the day that we arrived back to Long Beach. Would stay at Staybridge Suits again.

Needs repairs and updates.
Needs repairs and updating. Ice machine in freezer wasn't working and they don't have any ice machines in the building. When i asked the guy at the front desk where the ice machines were he said in every room in the freezer. Really! Our garbage disposer wasn't working but they were able to fix that and the stove was terrible. It looks nice but it kept turning off and sometimes it would adjust the cooking temp.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our stove wasn’t working so we got switched to a different room. The breakfast was really good and they had so much amenities. Highly recommend!

Staff who checked if we could get early check in and actually checked us in were really friendly and helpful. They were the highlight of our stay. Even when we were waiting in the lobby for the other people in our group the desk staff came to see if we needed anything. Breakfast is included but we left too early to take advantage of this. Convenient location to the airport (3 minutes). On the downside - thin mesh like drapes do not block out much light or help regulate the outside temperature. Drapes were even coming off the drapery rod at each end. Bathtub faucet needs to be fixed. When to turn on the shower only half the water comes out of the shower head. The other half till comes out of the faucet.

Great hotel in Long Beach near port for cruise.
Great stay at Staybridge. Comfortable room and bed. Extremely clean. Great breakfast. Even free laundry. Also lots of food options nearby. Rooms were spacious.
