You can tell this is a newer hotel. The rooms are decently sized, clean and accommodating. Always nice to have a kitchenette! Bed was comfortable enough.
However, the customer service was terrible. The person that checked us in was rude and non-informative. He intentionally spoke so fast and added that he would “be here for 14 more minutes”. Which indicated he was at the end of his shift and unwilling to give us a positive customer experience. I even said “I couldn’t understand anything you just said”. And he just starred at me until I turned and walked away.
Also- the jacuzzi is broken which was one of the main reasons we booked here. That was not explained to us upon check in. So we went down in swimsuits only to step into freezing cold water (jets were working).
Lastly- you have to request for the room to be serviced. This also wasn’t explained at check in. So after a few days we finally had to ask about it because our trash was piling up. I understand this is standard at many place but would’ve been nice to have been informed in advance.
