Very nicely remodeled..Beautiful.. Last time I was in this hotel was in the 80's when it was a Hilton.. Nice rooms, spacious..

Stayed at this hotel for an event at the Toyota Arena. It's a nice and affordable hotel, and the staff were very helpful during my stay. It's also with walking distance of the Arena and has many options for good food. My only complaint is the keycards. I had to really mess with the lock to get my key to work even after getting a replacement. Other than that, great stay and I will be staying again in the future.

We had trouble with noisy guests and the smell of marijuana, but we were promptly moved by the staff, who were the most friendly, helpful, accommodating, prompt to serve staff I have ever encountered in my travels! The next morning, around 7:30 am, we were unable to leave our floor because the elevator was being reprogrammed. I think we should have been notified upon check in and given directions to a service elevator rather than be told we would need to wait or take the stairs (10 flights before a track meet? NOT!). Thankfully, it didn’t take too long, but I’m undecided if I will return. I thank the staff for their kindness and all of their efforts to ensure our comfort. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.
