It served the purpose even though the room was smelling like a smoke house and one of the towels was like someone used it to wipe off their make up.

Dirty and smelled like cigarettes
I don’t want to fully bash this place but when we first checked in and started walking up towards our room, the stairs smelled like straight urine and was very dirty. Once we saw our room, it reeked like cigarettes and there was hair, holes, and huge stains all over the bedding. We checked the restroom and it was also pretty dirty and seemed like it wasn’t cleaned properly. We called and the employees were excellent and they gave us a new room. Sadly the room still felt a little dirty but wasn’t as bad as the first room. But the room service and the front desk workers were very friendly and amazing so I give so much respect there.

Stayed there 2 nights, the second nighr my wife had her back passager tire slashed!!! There was also 6 other cars had flat tires!! And one car was vandalized pretty bad!!! Review the cameras ,!!! This place needs a overnight security

We booked 2 suites. One of them was dirty and not up to standards. Staff did move us to another room. The elevator was not in service. It made it difficult going up and down 3 flights of stairs.

Booked this room for the international rugby tournament down the street. I anticipated the surrounding area to be sketchy but I did not feel safe parking my truck in the parking lot due to people walking around the lot when we arrived in the early evening. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. The refrigerator did not work. There was only one towel in the bathroom. The bed was not made. I'm not exaggerating when I say that my throat hurt by the time I made my way through the urine-smelling staircase and back to my truck. I was fortunate enough to have found a neighboring hotel with vacancies for the remainder of my trip.

Easabt enough. The young Samoan gal at the desk was exceptional and very friendly. The hot water in shower was very welcomed after a day of play. California is overall going to hell! Roads and services are horrible everywhere we when. Sad to see once beautiful state going bad right before our eyes
