Booked for a client. Checked in supposed to be at 2pm, we waited for more than 1 hours before allowing to check in at 3:12. Towels extremely dirty with stains, bed sheet yellowish and cover sheet with blood stains. After laying in bed for a while, arm starting to get itch, bitten by something. Client checked out immediately after less than two hours. Since booking was non refundable and don’t think there’ll be a clean room, client checked out to another motel. Travelers please think twice before booking.

front desk took $20 cash as a "deposit" and never returned to me. aside from them stealing from me, the room i stayed in was decent. floors were dirty and turned my white socks black in minutes, but other than that, no complaints.

Overall—I would come back to this place. Despite its street view appearance, I was pleasantly pleased and surprised how comfortable and at ease I felt staying here. Although not new, the rooms condition was great. Clean. Pleasant. Presentable. Functionable. The front desk guy who checked me in was kind and personable. I enjoyed my experience and willl be back. Thanks.

This property was not as advertised. There was burn marks everywhere, unknown smudges o the wall, mold in the ceiling of the shower, noticeable reused bedsheets from previous occupants with questionable cleanliness. Could not be contact for relief of property until next morning.

Cleanliness is not a concern for the property owner. Smoke detector was inactivated and no sprinkler system while entire patronage is smoking in. LAPD chopper makes circles around the property everyday because of local crime level. This property shouldn’t be shown at Expedia.

Ther was lots of noise. The place was very unclean. The manager didn't allow me to finish my stay because the noise was so loud I made noise back because I felt like it was being done on purpose. I told the manager about it and he did nothing. So as s result, it caused a hole in the wall. So I had to leave. I really didn't care because I was fighting the feeling to leave early. The place had roaches and the TV kept going out. I already had to switch rooms because of TV issues. And when the TV would cut off for long periods of time, someone next door to would play Mexican music very loudly. That's another reason why I think it was being done on purpose. They would wait until I came back from work like someone was watching me. Then they slam the door for an hour straight shaking the walls in my room. The manager went in my room when I left to do a delivery for work. He was always watching my goings and coming. This place is descusting. There was a cap for a heroin needle on the floor of the new room when I switched rooms. The manager is non professionals and dose not take care of his customers. I would rather sleep in my car then to ever spend my hard earned money at this dump of a roach motel. Never again.

I absolutely hated everything about this hotel, I was traveling from Sac area, all I needed was a clean bed to rest & take a shower! This place was so filthy the sheets were stained with a few different shades of liquids there was throw up on the covers, hairs all over the bed the room was so filthy all over I felt as if it was a room anyone could crash in at during the night while I slept . I went to the clerk & Asked for a refund because besides all this I had paid for a KING bed in a non smoking room which I did not get. We got a queen room that reeked like cigarettes the moment you unlocked the door. Again we were tired so I didn’t not complain . It was up until the sheets where I drew the line. The clerk was saying it’s not his fault & that he has no housekeeper. Which isn’t my fault I’m a paying customer? I kept asking for a refund & he insisted many times I get another room I really wanted to leave but this was the last of the money on my card. I asked again & he said no refund cash only on the card . I checked & I didn’t get a refund I said ok show me the next room. It happened to be the one I originally paid for & The room was cleaned out a bit more but the sheets were the same exact way stained & now no throw up just Cheetos stains 😂 I’m the type to never ever leave a review but I don’t want anyone to be out here wasting money on a place like this. I even had to use my own sheets on that bed to sleep for 8hrs he said check out at 9 when the sign we read said 10:30
