The AC is not cold at all and it’s all motion censor so at night had to keep getting up to turn the AC down

Stayed to try to sleep before a long flight. The construction started right outside (jack hammers and large trucks) around 9:00 and continued throughout the night. Went down for breakfast and was told they were closing (1 1/2 hours) before they post and that they would not restock with anything fresh. Lastly, the light and curtain switch was partially hanging from the wall and only worked intermittently.

Since I had free breakfast on my booking. They said the time is between 6-9 am. I showed up around 8:30 am. There was nothing to pick and also the serving table was so dirty even. So I ended up to go restaurant and pay for breakfast. I will never ever use this hotel again. I have 25 years traveling experience all around the world and this was the first bad experience. I had a friend from France and It was a shame to book this hotel.

Shuttle was convenient and quick. Check in was easy. SUPER CONVENIENT for car rental which is next door. Breakfast was fair, was surprised at no fruit - being in California and all :-). I'd stay again.

Stayed 1 night due to an early flight out of LAX. Room was great, clean. Might ask to be on side of hotel opposite the airport as we were close. Shuttle to LAX was perfect!

We only stayed here for 1 night, the room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I mistakenly reserved a King bed suite but needed 2 queen bed. I asked to change it and they were able to accommodate it.

It was a very nice room but not fully cleaned after the previous occupants. My kids quickly found gummy bears left on the floor and there were a few fruit flies in the kitchen. Tried to get to sleep early for our 6am flight but a barking dog kept us up. Then when leaving at 4am there were no luggage carts and the front desk only said “sorry” and offered no other help. On the good side the room was a great size and restaurant was fantastic.

The room is large and very close to airport as we got off cruise and just needed 1 night before we fly home. They have an airport shuttle and breakfast was also included. They even gave us a late check out as we have a late flight.

Check in went very well. We arrived late (Saturday) and staff advised us to eat a meal before the restaurant closed. We really appreciated the advice. Would not have known where to get a meal in the area. Room was great, nice and spacious. Very nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Check out early the next day for our cruise transfer. Unfortunately I left my medications behind. Such a blessing to return Friday to have staff find my medication pill containers and deliver them to me personally! A personally challenging experience with an exceptional and blessed outcome. Thanks to the staff- housekeeping and front desk.

Convenient to LAX
This is a very convenient hotel to LAX. Rooms and front desk are great. Breakfast and bar/restaurant--not so much. Either poor service or no service.

$57 to self park. Resteraunt ,lounge, coffee bar all closed on NYE staff didnt know why. Only one ice machine and its on thec8th floor (unaccessable) AC was broken 78 degrees in the room. A fight (violent)broke out and they were filming and not calling security (morning). Unfelpful not pleasant. Missed reservation. I was actually told i didnt have to be in my room for someone to fix AC! Called twice. Not fixed.. Given a box fan instead. Was told I'd be comped and have seen nothing
