Other than thin walls, the inside of this place is perfectly fine. Great staff, clean room, well-maintained. Outside is a different story. Entire encampment of druggies/homeless right outside the back parking lot. In the morning found that someone had attempted to break into my car (I brought everything inside before heading to bed for just this reason). A gate in the back, locked at night, would solve this glaring problem. Be prepared.

Great location in North Hollywood. Walkable to Dolby theatre, Pantages, Walk of Fame, El Capitano, TCL Chinese theatre and so much more. Happening area but lots of homeless people around. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and responsive to all needs. Don't book the hotel based on breakfast being provided as you will be disappointed... there was only one type of cereal and milk provided, no tea bags and you had to make instant coffee. Breakfast was only available for 1 hour each day. Housekeeping is not provided, garbage bins will be emptied and towels replenished only if asked. Room came with a mini fridge and a microwave that had never been cleaned.

I was unlucky enough to get the room by the rear exit. It's an extremely loud entry/exit point. The door is so loud, it woke me every time someone came in or out. The walls are thin, you can hear conversation In other rooms and down the hall. The area isn't great, lots of homeless people by the rear door and our window. I had to pay for parking which I hear fluctuates (probably depending on events in the area). I appreciated the staff, and the key entry to the building (a little extra security) also the fridge and microwave in the room but I wouldn't stay here again.

Very sad looking place with homeless people all around the place. The place stinks to high heaven with weed even though notice says 'no smoking'. Room was so dirtily kept with little to no supplies..overall, I do not recommend this place.. I score it a C-

Definitely false advertising. Place is literally falling apart. First room we were offered had horrible stench of smoke, black mold in the bathroom, the sink and counter was broken, caulking was definitely not being used correctly or properly. Honestly this place was ghetto. They gave us 2 towels and only 1 small package of shampoo and conditioner. Walls were paper thin and we were kept up all night due to hearing doors slamming, people stomping and everyone’s conversations. Room 209 was an example of poor quality of a hotel. Do not go off of the pictures, everything is not as it seems. The parking in the back is sketchy!!! Be sure to bring your anti theft steering wheel. In all honesty the only good part of the whole stay was how the guy on night shift handled everything. He was polite and sincere about apologizing for how this place looks. If you are thinking about getting a hotel at a cheap price, this place is exactly what you are looking for. Cheap and rundown. Stay far away from this place

The main problem was charging an extra 25 for parking which was way out of the way. The lady that worked the front end was not only rude but very abrasive, had an obnoxious overal attitude and should not be working there. The bathroom was disgusting. A stranger's razor was in the shower. Along with opened shampoo and conditioner packets covered in hair. There were exposed outlets behind the bed. Some outlets didn't work. You have to pay $25 to park in their parking lot. I assumed hotel parking would be free, silly me. There's usually a WiFi password in the room, there wasn't one. Maybe you have to ask the front desk? Some linen had holes. The beds were creaky

El hotel es casi una pocilga.
Lo único bueno del hotel es su ubicación pero abusan con el precio para la calidad de servicio que ofrece el hotel. Primero que nosotros éramos 4 y siempre había que pedir que te dieran las 3 toallas restantes, el jabón de baño te lo daban 1 solo para bañarse 4 y lavarse las manos. Si querías que te aseen la habitación debía de tener un permiso de la administración, de lo contrario nunca te lo asean, ni el inodoro. El inodoro no tenía tapa y el baño no tenía cortinas, ni toallas para el piso. El desayuno era un café instantáneo y un cereal con leche, solo por una hora. El A/A o calefacción hacen mucho ruido, el interruptor de la luz dañado. Solo hablan inglés y todo lo que pidas te lo quieren cobrar.

The advertising doesn't match the property, it was extremely smelly and very unpleasant and also charged extra for parking space. States breakfast included but was only only offering one type of cereal and coffee. The male receptionist was the friendliest member of staff.

Worst Hotel Ever!!
Awful… I checked in and immediately got attitude.. the bill just kept getting longer and longer.. I was charged the $361.00 then it was a $50.00 deposit.. then it was $75.00 for parking and then each transaction had its own 3% processing fee on the hotel amount and then was charged 3% for the parking. I asked for a blanket because the sheets were so thin. I was told that’s what the heater is for.. Uhhhh it’s too loud and I can’t keep it running all night long.. The lady Gaby was so rude .. I finally asked her if this was a youth hostel and had I missed something in booking. She said no the was a hotel .. Check out was with her and very cold ..
