Hotel is very clean and rooms comfortable. Service was excellent and the free breakfast had lots of options. This is great choice for an airport hotel as the rental car return facility is just a few blocks away.

I don't know why the high reviews. Greeted by hair on the floor and flecks of feces in the toilet. After asking why I wanted to change rooms, I got another room. Then new room was Okay. Dusty. Hallway dark and dim. Scary. Homeless ppl walking around with shopping carts in the neighborhood. Very expensive. Taking the Airport shuttle was a hassle as you have to call to get picked up at the airport . Expensive for a motel experience. Won't be returning...

This hotel was excellent with breakfast and parking included in the very good cost of the room night. Service staff very nice and friendly it was pleasant. The only thing that I can complain of is the mattress of the king bed that is in poor condition and I was scare because of my Lower back problem but even that O had a good rest. Todo bien exceto por una señora en el front desk que, obviamente latina, con cara amargada ni te mira para atenderte y cuando le dices "hola", solo responde "how can I help you" sun mirarte... el personal de limpieza y en el area para desayunar son muy amables, mis respetos con ellos. Nos gustó mucho que limpien la habitación todos los días!

overall is good but window quality needs to be improved in street-facing rooms. We were first assigned street-facing rooms, asking for switch, front-desk is very nice to switch us to other rooms

The room initially offered to me had this funky smell (smelled like cigarette or strong Clorox that wouldn’t go away). The manager was very helpful in transferring me to another room. He was so nice and polite.

The shuttle to and from the airport worked well. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. People were available and very helpful where and when we needed them.

Dry comfortable beds. Quiet rooms for being so close to LAX . Very good breakfast options with many healthy choices . Super friendly staff in all areas of the hotel . Would definitely recommend d staying there to catch an early flight

Had a fire at 11pm didn’t get back to sleep until 2am. Kinda hard to leave a good review when we had to evacuate the building .

We waited outside in the cool rainy weather at LAX thinking the shuttle would come by automatically. Found out I needed to call the hotel to request an airport pick up. Would be good to alert guests in advance.

I liked the cleanliness, friendliness and excellent breakfast offered. I also liked the recommendation at the front desk to order pizza from Tottino's Pizza, it was delicious and delivered hot, right to my room! I will stay here again when I return to this area! Thank you for such a nice stay!

I was very satisfied with the stay here, the rooms were clean and neat. I am a germaphobe and wiped everything down myself and there was no dirt residue. I was pleased with the free parking.
