The room I stayed in had a leak in the ceiling. After reporting it to the Front Desk, the Attendant acted if it's normal and did not seem concerned or deemed it as a priority or valid concern. When asked to speak to The Manager, whom I had been previously informed that the Manager woukd be available at 8am. Aurora, informed me that there was No Manager on Staff to speak to at that time, nor was one even going to be there all day on Sunday February 11th. There was no Urgency to see how big or small the leak was, what possible damages were done to the Property nor myself. As I advised her that it did leak onto my skin in my shoulder and to possibly identify the source of the water(toilet leak, plumbing, hole in the walls) etc. And possibly mold or contaminants, and irritants from the water. I did notice a gradual onset of some upper respiratory symptoms, including a slight headache. She did not even offer to write a report of my complaint nor issued me a receipt upon check out.
