Room was nice, clean. The AC went out after midnight so that was a thing. The plumbing/water smelled.... not good. But room was nice and clean, no bugs. Check in was nice and easy. Quiet. Good amenities for the price. Parking kinda sucks but I did get a space. Close to stores, restaurants and shopping which was nice. I would stay here again, just need that AC to work when it's time. Oh, some girls were loud outside for a couple hours but if you mind your business it's not terrible. Thanks so much!!!

The room was not as nice or clean as advertised. There was a used wet towel that wasn't with the hotel left inside the jetted tub. Another towel was placed under the A/C as if it has been leaking water? Floors were damaged and bedding had black dirt like stuff on it. We had to go to target and buy bedding just to be able to sleep. Baseboards and walls were stained as well. The outside looks new and clean so you'd expect the same for inside the rooms. Nope. Fortunately, I will not be staying here again.

Inconfortable and very bright ceiling lights in the room. No table lamps,no toilet paper holder in bathroom. They only provide liquid hand soap and shampoo. No elevator , access to the third floors with luggage is extremely hard. No towel holder in the room were bathroom think and vanity is located. Hotel location is great within minutes to stores, restaurants, coffee shops etc.

It is rare to book 1 hotel room for our family of 6. The room was clean and modern in design, as shown in the pictures. Parking was free and the Deluxe Inn is located right off Hawthorne Blvd. The front desk was very accommodating for our late check in. AC was working well. The only thing I would mark 1/2 a star was there was no elevator available for the 3 story property. It was challenging with 1 of our family members having a mobility and medical issues going up and down the stairs. Will definitely keep the Deluxe Inn on our list of hotels to rebook on our next visit to California.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful. The only takeaway I have about this hotel is the linens and towels definitely need to be replaced. The housekeeper was so kind and even mopped my room for me after replacing my sheets. I will definitely stay here when I return to LA when they do replace towels and linens.
