We were greeted upon arrival by one of the locals who was clearly high as a kite and running around the lobby. The front desk clerk seemed to know him so I can only assume this happens regularly. Our second day, we returned to the hotel to find a police car with lights on in the parking lot. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and the couch and ceiling both had stains that I didn't even want to try to identify. I will never stay here again.

There was a false alarm at 6 am that scared us and we felt unsafe in our room. We kept hearing people knock on our door at random times but then they would leave before we got to see them. Very unsafe environment

Insects in room,Tv didn’t work and guest on the top floor kids play all night and keeps scaring us from a long night rest after driving for almost 5 hrs from Las Vegas. I would never recommend this Terrible place.

Throughout our stay, we found three cockroaches. Upon complaining about it we were told there was nothing that they could do for us, especially because we booked through Expedia. It was so frustrating and so disgusting!

Beware of them charging $20 for parking that is not secured and not covered and just like any motel where you pull up near your room. Another one of those hidden fees when you show up kind of thing. I kind of ruins it and leaves a bad taste in peoples mouth. It says parking available and then when you arrive we’re going to charge for it.

Only as a last resort
Suitable for a last minute cheap stay. However, the staff is pretty rude and will nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING! They charged my grandma extra for late check-out. Would not stay there again.

Clean room .. but otherwise not a good experience.
First was given a room that was already occupied .. leading to an uncomfortable conversation with the family there. 2nd room .. hot water was inconsistent. Stayed in it because I was there for only one night and didn't want to go downstairs again to switch rooms. Also .. corridors smelled of cigarette smoke.

I have to tell ya, this hotel was a 4 star when I booked it but upon arrival it should have not been more than a 2 and that’s being generous. The toilet in the room was stained with $hit. We asked a cleaning lady to help us and she was kind enough to drop what she was doing and cleaned it. She told us if I were you I would have booked holiday inn instead. She also said this place has been declining for a while. Upon further inspection the sheets were dirty and the pillows as well. The room smelled like it had been smoked in for years because every time you would come into the room the smell was persistent. This is very sad because we had a child with us. The complimentary food is just toast, eggs, and juice. Will never consider that place again. Also don’t believe the pictures you see online. They are outdated and the place just looks sad.

The front desk people wanted to charge $2 for a 16 ounce of filtered bottle water when such cost them 20 cents. Their attitude was petty. I would not want to give business to such kind of establishment again! Would not recommend.

Dont trust the room name titles
I specifically reserved the (roll-in shower) room and was told that they have no such thing. I told the front desk guy that I wanted the difference in price(since it costs more than a normal room, which is what I got) and then was told I would have to speak to the manager in the morning. The roll-in shower room was supposed to have a handheld shower head, a seat in the shower, and I got a normal room that I payed more for
